We enjoyed a week's stay here with family. The location is perfect - within walking distance or a very short drive to everything you might want to do. We filled the house to capacity and never felt crowded due to the well designed layout of the space. The back garden is a beautiful highlight and a lovely spot for dining. The interior of the house is very inviting with up to date finishes and the landscape is perfectly maintained. I personally received kudos all week for finding the perfect vacation rental! Deann is professional and very responsive to any questions we had about the house and the area. This house will be our first pick for future trips to SB.

We truly enjoy our time in Santa Barbara.
The house was perfect; it was welcoming and clean. Everything needed was there. We loved the beach cursers available for a ride on the shore.
The location was perfect in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful landscape.
The beach is one block away and the downtown is easy to reach.
We did not use the car; every place was easy to get by bike.
It was a terrific gateway!
