We stayed in the Juniper Cottage for a long weekend in September. It comfortably fit 4 adults and 1 child. The house is in a wonderful location with fantastic proximity to the beach and State Street. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing place when we were in need of down time between all our Santa Barbara activities. We loved our time in this house and if we pick Santa Barbara as our vacation spot again anytime soon, we'll definitely cross our fingers that this house is available to rent again.

We stayed at Juniper Cottage to get a break from hectic holiday planning. It completely met our expectations -- clean, comfortable, well equipped and well decorated, and enabled us to completely de-stress. We only wish the weather had cooperated with our desire to walk to the beach for afternoons of relaxation, but other than that, we can't think of a better place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was conveniently located to shopping and downtown, yet only two blocks from the beach and shuttle to downtown Santa Barbara. The accoutrements were top-of-the-line, and everything we needed to cook "gourmet" meals and enjoy the beach was provided. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely return.

Juniper Cottage is a beautifully appointed, luxury home with comfortable beds, linens, living and dining both indoor and out. We have spent 2 family vacations there, attending graduation and wedding celebrations, visiting some of our family who live in Santa Barbara, exploring the gorgeous town, beaches and mountains. Our adventures include horse riding, paddle boarding, and dining at Cold Springs Tavern(a favourite).

My friends and I were extremely satisfied with our recent stay at Juniper Cottage. The house was extremely clean, had modern appliances, was beautifically decorated and was with in walking distance of the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our recent vacation in Santa Barbara.

There could not be a better property for 5 high school friends to get together and enjoy!
Close to restaurants and great walks along the water.
There was plenty of areas to sit and talk with a glass of wine. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and there were really nice wine glasses...not the jelly jars most rentals leave for you. We loved the service we received from Linda. She helped me find the perfect property for my group. We will be doing business again with this great company next year. We all agreed it was perfect.

We had our daughter's weeding in Santa Barbara over the weekend, along with a few pre and post-event family and friends activities. We decided to make it like a mini working family vacation; therefore we stayed in this house instead of a hotel. Juniper Cottage was perfect for us. The house is a cute and charming place, in an excellent location. We just walked in and found everything we needed for an extended weekend, just like if we were in your own place. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals staff was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, before, during and after our stay. They were so helpful in choosing the right place for us and made the check in and check out process so easy and totally painless. We traveled to Santa Barbara for a wedding and stayed at the Juniper Cottage with several friends. We had a wonderful time and the cottage was perfect for our stay and social gatherings. The location is great, near downtown and the beach.

We came to Santa Barbara for our youngest daughter's graduation from Ucsb. The home was perfect for us, our friends, and our 2 grown daughters! We had everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen, great BBQ and deck areas, to beach towels and chairs!! Thank you for letting us stay here!

I would recommend this house. The location is superb and the furnishings are all top-notch (including great kitchen and eating area for cooking). It's not the kind of place you walk into and are "blown-away", but for the money this is certainly a luxury house and a great option in Santa Barbara.
