A group of friends of and I stayed in the house for a weekend horseback riding trip. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the full kitchen was great for cooking our meals. There were so many activities inside the house it was hard for us to leave! Great time, lovely home, lots to do.

Our family had a wonderful long weekend. I love that we were close to wine country and close to downtown Santa Barbara, but in a quiet setting. The kitchen had everything we needed and a grill as well. Especially love the fireplace outside and kids love movies on the big screen. I would definately return and maybe next time have better luck on the billards table.

I enjoyed the outdoor patio area both in the morning w/ coffee & the paper
spent the day either hiking/ biking
we did a few wine tours
at night either out to eat @ a variety of good restaurants or grilled in the back patio
we enjoyed a fire at night w/ glass of wine, the heaters were nice to ward off the chill

Had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara! and lovely home to stay in with my children! lots of space, very clean and comfortable and great amenities throughout! and Privacy!
Also lots to do in the Santa Barbara area ---we were close to the beach and went to Hearst Castle (one of the kids fav's) and Solvang and wine country! We had fun at the Chase Park concerts in Santa Barbara too!!!
