This charming cottage is located just one block off of one of Santa Barbara's most popular beaches, West Beach. It is located on a quite street just walking distance from Downtown State Street, the Harbor, and the Pier with many wonderful restaurants and activities to choose from.
The cottage was newly decorated in 2010 and loaded with charm. The interior is decorated in a blue and red beach motif and the kitchen is fully equipped. 154943Perfect location and great cottage
Left on 02/13/2012 for a stay in January 2012
I traveled with my wife and 2 year old daughter. The cottage is perfectly located close to the beach and State Street. We did not need a car and could go everywhere by bike or on foot. The cottage is large enough for 2 adults and 1 child, very clean and we felt like home from the moment we entered. The booking process was very easy and Whitney is great to work with. I highly recommend this cottage!

My husband, 18 mo old son and I stayed in this cottage for almost a week. We were a couple of blocks from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. The management company thought of everything - beach towels, well-stocked bathroom, access to a laundry room, and they were at the other end of the phone when we needed help.
