Great girls weekend at the Downtown Bungalow. Easy walk to downtown and all that it has to offer. The furnishings were very comfortable and had high quality sheets and towels. The home had every amenity we needed. We even enjoyed the bikes. The traffic could be heavy on Haley street at times but a fabulous home.

I just loved this house!!! It has such a homey feel; yet it is very roomy. The beach cruisers were a great addition and we were able to take some nice bike rides along the beach. I found my perfect wedding dress on State Street, which is only 3 blocks away! We had a home-cooked birthday meal and enojyed some quality family time outside on the patio. Can't wait to return for my wedding dress fitting!!!

This home was great! Our group consisted of two families with small children. The house is spacious with plenty of room for the kids to spread out their games without cluttering the whole house. The master bedroom down stairs is huge! The two upper bedrooms are good sized-enough room for a pack and play in each. The actual street doesn't look too great, but the house is within walking distance to many great restaurants on State street. There is off street parking and the whole yard is fenced. We were able to leave the back door open and let's the kids play in the yard with no worries of them wandering off.
Both families agreed we would return to this house in a heart beat the next time we travel to Santa Barbara. -

The bungalow was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and the perfect layout for our family (2 kids, 2 adults). The office area upstairs was an unexpected bonus, and came in handy for a "working vacation". The neighborhood appears to be in transition, and although it's close to the freeway for easy access, it's surprisingly quiet. One could easily prepare nice meals because the kitchen is fully-stocked with lots of pots, pans, and small appliances. But why cook, when the house is only a few blocks away from State Street and fabulous restaurants that range from inexpensive take-away to high-end gourmet! The beach is also a short 10-15 minute walk. It was great not to have to drive everywhere.

House was well furnished, very clean and was exactly as described. We would certainly stay there again. We enjoyed the ability to walk to downtown.
