Situated in a OK neighborhood, Mesa Charm has a lot of upside. Good shopping near by for groceries or pharmacy items and close to the 101 and downtown SB. House is an older, but updated standard ranch style home. Neighbors are quite and the house is a 100 feet from the Douglas Open Space area, perfect for dog walking.

The fact that we are thinking of returning next year should tell you that we liked it a lot!
And the location was perfect our Chocolate Lab with the nearby dog park and for the three runners among us.
The hot tub was also popular. -

Wonderful setting, close to MD Park, the ocean, and nice places to walk w/o much traffic. We would stay again. The price was fair ;O)
