My sister-in-law booked this rental for a birthday getaway for a small group of us. We all loved the house, location, and amenties. The house was within walking distance to a small market and the beach. It was within a short driving distance to the shopping area. We loved everything about the house, but we think future renters should know the following, that wasn't disclosed on the website.
1. This rental is one of multiple units. We thought our unit was going to be a single house, but we were mistaken.
2. The listing shows central heat, but it doesn't mention aC. The ceiling fans only work at a low speed, and the only way to circulate cool air is to open the terrace and/or patio door. They also provides small fans in the rooms for our use.
3. The BBQ pit grates were rusted
We all still felt this was a really great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again, but we think future renters should know everything about the property. -

My husband and I rented this property for my family (5 adults and a 6 month old infant) during the week of our wedding in Santa Barbara. Our family thought the property was stunning and enjoyed the accommodations. They even connected us with a baby rental company that had a crib and highchair all set up when they arrived.
The property was spotless, relaxing and more than we could have asked for for our family to stay in. The rooftop patio was beautiful and was perfect to welcome my family when they arrived with a BBQ. Working with the rental company was easy and they addressed any questions we had. They even left my family a beautiful welcome basket. The location was great, easy walking distance (4 blocks) to the beach or downtown Santa Barbara.
The only complaint my family had was with the wifi access at this property. They were never able to connect to the wifi. We would love to stay here again in the future and would recommend all of our family and friends to stay here if they ever visit Santa Barbara.
