Golf Costa Brava in Santa Cristina d' Aro. The house is fitted with all the comforts. It has a personal driveway fitted with an electric gate, with place for multiple vehicles and is fully enclosed by a lovely looked after garden (1600 m2) with a large private pool, automatic sprinklers and lots of privacy. The (illuminated) private pool has an easy step. The spacious dimensions are 10 x 5 meters. The floor slowly slopes down to a depth of app. 2.20 m. If necessary, a fence can be erected for small children.

The entire house is fitted wi...th central heating and therefore also extremely comfortable in

the autumn and winter. The living room is surrounded by a very stylish, covered terrace with a large dining table and eight chairs. The swimming pool has 5 loungers. Obviously, the house is fitted with a Wi-Fi network.

The Costa Brava, located in Catalan in the northeast of Spain beside the Mediterranean Sea, is perhaps one of the most popular regions of Spain. But you can also find a lot of historical monuments, archaeological excavations and fantastic nature areas. The Costa Brava has an irregular coast with big varieties in height, mountain ranges that steeply run off into the sea. It isn´t exactly strange that this coastal region is called Costa Brava, rugged coast. Vary a wonderful day on the beach with a trip to quiet villages in the mainland or an adventurous discovery through nature. You will be amazed!
Numerous water sport centrums and splendid beaches are situated within just a few kilometres from there. The airports of Girona and Barcelona are situated at a distance of resp. 20 and 60 minutes. From 2012, the TGV speed train connects this region with the rest of Europe.
The inspiring and versatile world city, Barcelona, is situated only 55 minutes away. There are numerous lovely golf courses within a radius of 20 kilometres, including the championship course PGA de Catalunya in Caldes de Malavella. All amenities including supermarkets, banks, car garages, post office, an equestrian center and restaurants are within a few minutes. Also in the area are lot's of very good restaurants.
