This charming vacation rental cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short stroll from the beach. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, spacious front and backyard and beautiful landscaping. It also includes 2 large flat screen TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wireless internet. This beach house was recently remodeled and tastefully furnished and redecorated. It includes DSL and ample parking!

Better Than Expected!!!
We couldn't have had a more enjoyable 4 days in Capitola. The house was great for an extended family and the weather couldn't have been better! It was the first sunny weekend all summer. We will be back!

It was awesome!
The house was equipped with everything you need from sheets, blankets, pillows to storage space to any kitchen appliance & tool you could think of. Was decorated beautifully. The yard was gorgeous with lots of flowers.

Great Time!
This was a really clean house. The perfect location for walking down to the pier in Capitola, shopping and even Shadowbrook for dinner. We had 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 youth in our group and there was plenty of space and parking. We go to Capitola every year and would stay at this house again.

The location of this house is very good,
verything is clean and in good condition.
But the gabage collection needs to be improved.
