Great place for Christmas with our extended family.
So, much nicer than trying to find hotel rooms for everyone. Loved sitting on the porch and walking to the beach with a glass of wine for sunset. Kids swam and surfed. House is very nicely furnished for a rental. Exceeded our expectation.

Charming, comfortable and convenient.
We stayed at 311 Charming Victorian with two of our adult children, spouses and two preschool grandchildren. The home provided plenty of comfort for sleeping, spaces for spreading out, and a lovely dining room for gathering together for meals. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We were able to park 3 vehicles in the driveway and walked easily to the beach, to the boardwalk and several restaurants.

Great Santa Cruz vacation
We come back every year and this year it was great to see that some updating had been done in the home. The updating that was done made our stay very enjoyable. We love the location because it's within walking distance of so much - the beach, the boardwalk, restuarants and downtown.

Nice, comfortable house close to restaurants, store, and beach.( Beach access at the end of st). Three bedrooms upstairs, (1 king w/ bathroom, 1 queen with french doors that leads out to patio, 1 with two long twins) downstairs small room off of the family room with bunckbeds. Fully stocked kitchen. Great place to stay for a group.

Aboslutely charming!
From the moment we walked into this great little house we were charmed. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the rest of the house was very comfortable. The location is great! We walked to pizza one evening, and to the beach to watch the sunsed the next. It's within walking distance of the Boardwalk and the harbor. Definitely a place we look forward to going back to.
