Condo is outdated and lack comforts we are used to having at hom
Rooms were clean, but old fashioned and worn. Previous heavy smoking and air freshener masked the odor to smell like a portable toilet in the rooms. Iron and board is likely to be 40+ years old and something you would see in a thrift store, not a $350/night room. We had stayed here many time before, but at a much lower price with long terms bookings. The value is just not there with the current accomodations. Refresh and renevate or reduce the fees. Kp personal were very professional. No changes needed there.

We had a great time. Perfect location. Condo had everything we needed. We are hoping to visit next year.
The only negative was there was no room in the trash bin and trash was overflowing.

not clean on arrival
top floor above me leak down into my unit we had to get out how ever the rugs were all cleaned because ofthe flood then one week later you had the rugs cleaned again and charged me i did not think that was fair.the smell in the unit that the cleaner complained of was the mole and stink when the unit flooded one week previous when the unit flooded we called the 800 mumber and got no respnce

This was a very unfortunate situation as the Owner had just finished remodeling the kitchen. We did receive your message after the fact due to it being on the main number and not the emergency line and we called immediately. We did have the rugs cleaned to soak up the water caused by the water coming from the unit above you and then again after your departure per your agreement for having your dog at the property that the Owner allowed for you. We also had the cleaner come back again and clean the whole house for you wash all the towels and all the appliances checked and fixed from having water go thru them. We are sorry you were inconvenienced and tried to do the best we could in that situation.
