This is a fabulous home just minutes from the beach. The house is on two-levels: Upstairs there is a living room with large flat screen TV, dining room, and a newly updated kitchen (all that offer ocean views) as well as a master king bedroom and a second king bedroom with a loft above with a double bed. A deck off the living room offers ocean views and outside dining along with a spiral staircase leading up to the roof top deck, perfect for sun bathing or enjoying the fantastic views. Great 4th of July beach house
We had a group of 8 friends and had a great time going to the beach, grilling, playing pingpong and foosball. The house is perfectly set up for groups and entertainment. Lots of light and outdoor space.

Couldn't have been better.
We had a great time at this house. There were 10 of us. There was plenty of room to hang out , great kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need except the food. The kitchen was so organized, everything labeled. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the beds were very comfortable. Great ocean views. The young 20 plus age kids had fun with the ping pong table and basketball game in garage. The house was spotless. Every part of our stay was awesome. We wish we could have stayed longer

House was as we expected and we enjoyed the stay near the beach. Beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies more than adequate . Were able to park four cars in driveway and the house had enough bathrooms. Wish the dining room table was a little larger, but worked OK.

Glad you enjoyed the house! It is an excellent suggestion that we increase our seating by adding portable tables and chairs to be used wherever our guests need them. We have since made this a part of our rental house offerings. In addition, there are 4 TV trays, two seats at the counter and an outside ocean view dining table when the weather is nice. Thanks again for the suggestions and comments and we hope to see you back soon!

Lovely Beach Home
This is a lovely spacious home, just a block from the beach. Our whole family had a wonderful time.
There is a ping-pong table,and basketball game in the garage and fuseball in the downstairs family room. Plenty to keep the kids busy and of course there is the beach! Two levels of living and even a crows nest above for lounging or watching the beautiful ocean view! Looking forward again for this summer!!
