Our home is in a wonderful beach community 50 yards from the sand and ocean. We are within a beach cruise to many restaurants, Capitola, 41st Avenue and the Santa Cruz Harbor. Located on a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking gives this a quiet and local feel. Enjoy the views from the deck and listen to the crashing waves or take a short stroll to dip your toes into the ocean.

We loved this house! We had 2 families plus one adult stay over Labor Day weekend. The house provided just the right amount of space to accomodate us all comfortably. The house is light, bright and airy. We loved hanging out on the deck and enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean. This house is fully stocked with all of the amenities. It truly feels like a home and not a rental. Our kids loved playing the board games and riding the bikes. The beach is just a short walk down the street. Molly was fantastic and made the whole process super easy. We would love to stay at this house again!

We have rented quite a few beach houses in Santa Cruz/Capitola.
This, by far, was our favorite! You made a very comfortable home open to us, your guests. We had the best time just hanging out and playing games. We brought our own, but, wow, you have a great selection. We biked to coffee. We played at the beach. We went to Roaring Camp Steam Train (Mom owns stock!!!)
The weather was perfect. The mattresses were fantastic! Linens included made me really pick to look into this house, since we were traveling by plane. And, the set-up for separate families is great! Molly, you were so kind and really cared about us.

We stayed here in august, escaping the heat on the East Coast, and the weather couldn't have been better - sunshine every day. This house is fantastic. It was a very comfortable and at the same time upscale place to stay. We got in the hot tub every evening (and some mornings), made dinner in the well-appointed luxury kitchen and watched the Olympics on one of the big flat-screen TVs. The location is great, beautiful views of the ocean at the house and street end then a short walk to get to the shore. The beach there is very nice too - not very crowded. You can ride almost anywhere in Santa Cruz on the bike paths with the bikes at the house, and they have anything you would need for the beach. There are nice restaurants a short walk or ride away and there was a lot to see and do in Santa Cruz. We are ready for a return trip and would definitely stay at this house again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in santa cruz. I have three boys who are 11,9, and 8 and this house was perfect. They loved the loft space and at night looking out the large bay window to the wharf was a treat. We were a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to the boardwalk. We would come back for sure!
