Custom built in 2000 this house is immaculately clean inside and out. The 1500 sq foot two bedroom one bathroom house has many amenities to offer. Including vaulted ceilings throughout the entire house with skylights for an open and naturally light feel, large kitchen with a five burner gas stovetop and granite slab counter tops. Garage with washer and dryer. Deluxe spa with an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy toes.
