S'hort des Baladres (the Orchard of the Rosebays) is a countryside villa located just two kilometres away from its closest town, Santa Eulalia del Río. It has a large and modern house, a great swimming pool and a wonderful placement. The whole property breathes tranquillity and calm, to give to the visitor the opportunity to rest and to disconnect from the everyday noises.
With the beaches from the East coast of the island less than two kilometres away, the property combines cultivated fields, forests and a large garden that the surrounds the house.
