Casita Arbolita is conveniently located near the downtown area about 7 blocks from the Santa Fe Plaza. Near the Round House, the seat of the New Mexico Government, the Casita is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and historic attractions, including the site of the oldest church in the U.S.! Canyon Road, home to the SF Art District, an area with dozens of art galleries, is only 6 blocks from the Casita. There are many shopping opportunities in the downtown area, including native Indians selling their beautiful jewelry on the Plaza. The Casita has an assigned off-street parking space, perfect for parking and exploring the city on foot. The downtown neighborhood is safe and accessible.

Our stay in Santa Fe and at Casita arbolita was pleasant and comfortable. My wife and I were pleased to find that the location of this rental is very favorable for short walks to the Plaza and downtown restaurants and museums. In addition, it is only a few minutes from Canyon Rd. and its many art galleries. Hiking trails into the hills are nearby as well, only a short drive to a few of the trailheads.
The casita is situated back from the street a bit so it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Janice was kind and accomodating and was available for directions and information. She stocked the rental with fruit, goodies and some drinks--a real nice touch.
We would stay there again with no hesitation. Next time though, we are staying longer.

What a wonderful rental. My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in the Casita, and loved every minute of it. The building is charming and quiet. The casita itself is wonderfully decorated, well stocked, and a fantastic refuge. The location is also not to be believed. In five short minutes you are in the center of the plaza - passing numerous sites along the way.
Janice is easy to work with and very helpful too. We are already thinking about when we can go back. -

My husband and I stayed 8 nights at Casita arbolita in October. Janice provided a warm welcome with flowers, fruit, and snacks to enjoy. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning. The historic district with restaurants, boutiques, churches and the main square (the Plaza) is just a few blocks away. Very easy to walk there. A well stocked corner grocery store is one block away. Canyon Road where many art galleries line both sides of the street is also an easy walk from the condo. All this to say, the condo is very well located!
We enjoyed cooking some meals "at home" using the gas grill on the patio and the nicely equipped kitchen. The condo is a comfortable place to relax after a long day walking throughout Santa Fe.
Janice is a wonderful person to meet and very easy to work with for renting the condo. -

My husband and I don't like to stay in hotels anymore and Janice is the reason!! She greeted us with fresh flowers and some yummy snacks! She made us feel so welcomed! We also enjoyed the porch in the mornings and evenings. Casita arbolita was absolutely relaxing and true to the Santa Fe mood. I would stay there again!
