Dallas, TXBest kept secret in Santa Fe!
Left on 03/25/2011 for a stay in March 2011
Caroline (the owner) is fabulous...from ease of reservation to personal greeting at the door when we arrived! The home was spotless with top of the line linens on the beds, a kitchen primed for making a gourmet meal and bathrooms stocked with everything you could need. The courtyards were perfect for our two little guys to run and play safely (ages 3 and 2.5) and for the adults to relax and unwind after a day of shopping and hiking. The house is a very comfortable 2-3 blocks from the square and a very easy walk. Our stay was perfect and I highly recommend this property! We will be back!

How lucky am I to have such wonderful guests! It was great fun to know that the kids had a place to play and the rest of the family could relax in the sun and have a good time. Being able to run between the houses in total privacy is a real asset for family get-togethers and perfect for this family. I do hope they return soon!

We were there for a bridal shower/bachelorette party and had a great time. most of our time was spent in the house lounging, cooking, drinking wine and telling stories. I have to say I was probably more comfortable there than in the my own home! The touches were top-knotch: the coffee, gift basket of goodies, Eres toiletries, decor, everything. Clearly these houses are well-taken care of, and Caroline is a dream to work with. She helped us plan our evenings out, and checked up on us during the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed. I would love to go back someday and wholeheartedly recommend it.

What a fun gathering for a great bunch of gals. They were totally organized for the trip and left the houses emaculate. I wish the bride well and hope to see them all return very soon.

Milwaukee, WIReal Santa Fe Experience
Left on 11/05/2010 for a stay in October 2010
Of many visits over the years to Santa Fe, our stay at Casa Simpatica was the best. Location is quiet yet close to everything, the house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and the considerable amenities were most welcome. Caroline Morgan was wonderful to work with, from making reservations to personally greeting us with a basket of goodies. Casa Simpatica is perfect if you really want to experience and enjoy Santa Fe, not just make a trip there. We definitely will be back.

Absolutely fabulous property! Everything is carefuly curated and understated including the name. It is so much more than a "nice" house.
Open the gate(s), pass the porch with two comfy chairs that beg you to sit and watch the passing scene and enter...a sense of sereness overtakes you. Furnishings, colors, artwork and all present a tableau of sophisticated cool. You are home.
We had a one week stay and enjoyed it all---crisp, frette bed linens, Weber grill, doe soft towels...We felt so at home that we invited strangers we had met on a tour home with us for cocktails one night.
The only non-perfect item during our stay was a non-functioning ice maker.
Trust me (I'm a fussy) you will be serenely happy at Casa Simpatica.
As for restaurants, we did not have a bad meal; don't think it's possible. My personal favorites were La Casa Sena (dinner) and Pasquale's (breakfast).Response from Aqui Santa Fe Luxury Vacation Rentals - 10/03/2010

These two best friends were so fun to have as guests! They noticed and appreciated their surroundings and explored the wonders of Santa Fe. We thought the ice maker was fixed but opted for a bag of ice during the rest of their stay. Happy to say the ice maker is now in perfect operating condition. We totally look forward to the enthusiastic return of the best friends.

Somers, CTTop notch experience
Left on 08/27/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Our experience was simply awesome! The house was lovely, tastefully decorated and highlighted the contemporary art of Santa Fe while preserving the atmosphere of an older adobe. The extra touches of straw baskets, handcrafted furniture, pottery and interesting accessories made you realize you "weren't in Kansas any more!" , yet there was no feeling of clutter. The kitchen was more than fully equipped - every detail had been attended to, and if we had wished we could have prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner. Even the laundry room contained everything a family would need for cleaning and freshening up, right down to the toolbox that provided my husband with pliers for assembling a newly purchased toy. The gardens and patio were enjoyed morning and night - perfect for regrouping and reviewing the day's highlights. The beds were comfortable and linens fresh and crisp, with plenty of towels for all. A TV in each bedroom in addition to the reading lamps on each side of the bed made falling asleep extremely comfortable. Caroline was more than helpful with directions and suggestions, and she is simply a delight to know! She has seen to every detail, even providing various sizes of paper napkins as well as linen ones. The proximity to Canyon Road and the Plaza (great shopping!)was wonderful, and provided many good walks and jogging opportunities, and since we had a rental car we were able to take off in all directions to hike and visit other tourist spots - Sandia Peak by tram, the ancient ruins, Pecos Wilderness, etc. We stayed for a week and felt that we had found a true home away from home, where we wanted for nothing. We can't wait to return!

Their experience was awesome and so were they! They were so busy having a good time, I didn't see or hear a peep from them so their review was a special treat. I will look forward to their return very soon! AQUI SANTA FE is fortunate to have such wonderful guests.

Casa Simpatica fulfilled our high expectations: The locatioh is within easy walking distance of the plaza for dinig, shops, museums and galleries as well as local hangouts (for books, nbewspapers and coffee). Spacious Casa Simpatica is upscale with all new, beautiful furnishings and lovely surrounding gardens.
