Bethesda, MD, United StatesPerfect house for 6 people
Left on 04/19/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Property managers were very accommodating -- brought a highchair before we arrived, dropped off extra keys, tried to fix a balky TV &, when that didn't work, bought a new one!

We felt we had an authentic Santa Fe experience in this beautiful adobe home. The sunset views were incredible. It is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. We highly recommend it.

The Sequoia property was lovely. There was plenty of room for our 22 family members to have a dinner party. Wonderful views. Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms a little odd but worked well.Location was great. Management company was difficult to deal with. Our family of 10 had to be split between 2 properties due to his mix up. No compensation made. We also had to move in the middle of our 5 day vacation to accommodate his mix up. Had us cornered with full payment made prior to this mix up. Would not recommend using this company. Very unsettling.

Beautiful home. Traditional architecture with a lot of space and beautiful art. Location misleading -- it is not steps from Canyon Road, but could be walked if weather permits (not in summer heat). It would be a long walk to the Plaza. Home is well-appointed with good views.

Clean, comfortable and gorgeous. The perfect place to relax, just walking distance from Canyon Road and minutes from downtown Santa Fe. We took numerous day trips for hiking, spa excursions, shopping and sightseeing to locations within an hour drive. I wouldn't mind living in this amazing house!

Austin, TX, United StatesWe Found Magical old Santa Fe at Casa Sequoia
Left on 05/10/2012 for a stay in May 2012
This home is like stepping back into time. It is a charming adobe cabin that has been added onto, as was the custom. It takes the word "rustic" into a whole new category, yet manages to provide all the modern amenities.
The best part for me, by far, was the lot itself. Its high on a hill in the historic district, just steps from Canyon Rd., but with views toward the romantic Sun and Moon mountains. It actually has gardens and a yard with two wonderful outdoor seating area. The light is perfect for painting or just sipping coffee.
I saw the photos but didn't quite believe it, until I saw it.
The property management gentleman, Carlos, is kind and helpful. If I hadn't just purchased a house in SantaFe, I would book Casa Sequoia for the entire summer. -

This beautiful home is the very soul of Santa Fe. I came to here to lead a retreat group and needed a home that was comfortable, warm, grounding - both cosy and spacious at the same time. CASA SEQUOIA was the perfect place for us! Its beautiful old architecture, warm soulful, well-loved interiors, magnificent mountain views and closeness to Canyon road were perfect. The large kitchen table, kiva fireplaces, and comfortable couches allowed for wonderful group activities. The beds are super comfortable too. The place is a gift we look forward to returning to visit!

Left on 11/20/2011 for a stay in November 2011
The home is wonderful. Six guests had so much room....perfect number of people without having to use a sofa bed. Artsy, warm, and really fun.
Great gathering room with a beautiful wooden dining table. Could not have been more perfect. Can't wait to go back someday. -

Denver, COOnly one complaint
Left on 08/24/2011 for a stay in August 2011
This place was awesome!!! Large enough for a family. The place was relatively clean, with one exception. It appeared that a cat stays at the house from time to time and the sheets had cat hair on them. We are both allergic, so that was a little annoying
that we did not know this. Other than that, rest of house was clean and the stay was great - just bring your own sheets =) -

Terrific casa. Amenities were all there. Pleasing interior. Friendly nocturnal visiting cat among other fauna. A few creatures to usher out of the house on occasion. Proximity to Canyon Road and Downtown Subscription were a plus. Would go back in an instant. A month was not long enough.

Longmont, COGreat House!
Left on 05/16/2011 for a stay in May 2011
We stayed at Casa Sequoia for 4 nights in May. The location was great, and the house was very comfortable. We appreciated the views, loved the livingroom kiva, and there was plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Great for a large group or small like ours (myself, my husband, mother and 3.5 year old daughter).

This is a lovely home with plenty of room for families/parties. Slightly remote from the plaza, but the view is worth it. Great kitchen for cooking in and beds were comfortable. Very worth the price!

Salt Lake City, UTWe had a fabulous stay in this elegant home!
Left on 04/24/2011 for a stay in April 2011
We loved the beautiful serenity of this spacious and elegant home. The kitchen and living rooms were so comfortable and inviting. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed! I thought that it was a little misleading in its location. We had expected it to be a bit closer to the plaza when walking. But the bus route was easy to navigate and we actually enjoyed walking to the museums on Museum Hill! It was a wonderful stay.

Left on 04/04/2011 for a stay in March 2011
This house was absolutely beautiful! We had nine people and all slept very comfortably! The house was big, colorful, full of great decor and had great views. The only drawback is make sure that you have a GPS to find the street. If we did not have the GPS it would have been very difficult to find. The hill up was a little tricky with our conversion van. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Thanks so much!
