We have passed along our comments to Kokopelli, so the following has already been communicated. The location of the property was excellent. However, the property, itself, was very disappointing, and not up to either our, or kokopelli's, standards. The yard was a mess -- a non-functioning fountain filled with muck was the first thing one would see upon entering the property. There were 2 dead trees in the middle of the yard. What was once a flower bed was filled with weeds. Pots outside the doors were devoid of any planting, and had only dirt. The inside was dark; the furniture was so large that we couldn't really use it; the kitchen was poorly furnished, requiring us to buy items as standard as a salad bowl, cocktail glasses, casserole dish, slicing knives, etc. The closets were jammed with stained pillows and bed clothes, as well as toys. Had we seen the place ahead of time, we never would have rented it. There's more, but one can get the gist of our opinion from the preceding.
