Left on 02/26/2011 for a stay in February 2011
The reason for the trip was to ski. I called Kokopelli (instead of reserving on home away/vrbo) to get their opinion on LOCATION of the rental houses. We asked for one between downtown and the ski mountain. It turns out the house was as far away from the mountain as possible. It was on the opposite side of town. That was a major , major disappointment. The house was beautiful which was great but couldn't really use it as much since my wife couldn't really come and go as planned with the rest of us skiing.
Also KP properties forgot to remove the discount offerred on their website and forgot to mention some $300 in fees that we didn't know about until we got the contract.
This is a well established , good company, that we have used before. The service they gave really let us down this time but likely would rent this house again if skiing wasn't the reason for a visit to Santa Fe. -

We really enjoyed our week at Sunlit Hills. The location was wonderful and relaxing in the evening in the hot tub was the best. The sunsets were beautiful. The house was very comfortable with lovely furnishings and great artwork. We had a terrific time! (Note: We are from WACONIA)

The cable tv did not work because the bill had not been paid. The management did connect with the owners to pay the bill but it took 24 hours or more to do so. Also, there was no information regarding the area. Where is the closest grocery store? video rental? nice hikes? restaurants? The location is somewhat remote which is fine but it would have been nice to have some details of the area which is typically provided by the owner. For the expense of the property, we were disappointed.

Terrific views. A great place to relax and enjoy both inside and out. Very quiet. Plenty of space. Very Clean
