Great location; we walked everywhere. Casita isn't air conditioned so afternoons were a little stuffy, but cooled off in the evenings. The shower was dark and the hot water pressure was low. We enjoyed our stay, though and would recommend Kokopelli's services.

very convenient, clean, within walking distance of plaza, had all the amenities we needed. Our only complaint was the heating system. The thermostat binds. It does not work properly. When it is set at 68 the thermometer reads 80 in the casita. Once we figured that out and set it lower everything was fine.

The shower needed to be much better. It was so weak you hardly needed to use the shower curtain. The shower curtain was also too high as it did not let any light into the shower and made it too dark.

We walked to the Plaza almost every day as well as walking along the river path (one block away). The house was much more than we expected.....everything was there and available. The backyard was wonderful - we sat outside every day even in June. Perfect for two people. Highly recommend this property.

This casita was very comfortable, even large for two people. It has a beautiful sitting area outside, which unfortunately we didn't get to use. Guess we have to come back!

This property is in an extremely convenient location for the Plaza, Canyon Road, and local restaurants. It's beautifully appointed and has a fabulous backyard. Amazing value for such a charming casita.

We had some heat issues which were resolved by th e heating contractor. We also felt that the kitchen lacked some basic item. However the overall experience was great.
