In close proximity to the Santa Fe Plaza as well as the ski area, this newly remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in Ft. Marcy Compound is a single level unit and has easy access to the private parking area. It has a King master bedroom with private bath and a 2nd bedroom that has a split king bed that we can make into 2 twins. There is an adjacent full hall bath. The living room is nicely furnished with comfy sofa & 2 recliners to sit back and watch TV or listen to your favorite CD's. Close to everything and pretty easy to access. Walking distance from the plaza only if you were willing to hike up the big hill to get back to the condo, but still put you very close to everything in Santa Fe.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The twin beds in the smaller bedroom need some attention. The bed on the right groans when the occupant moves. Both bed frames need adjusting: if one sits on the end of the bed the head end of the mattress rises in the air and could startle someone into falling.
Some of the towels and bed linens are stained and should be sent out for better cleaning.
An ice cream scoop would be a good addition to the kitchen. -

We loved this condo, well located, not far from the plaza although a walk uphill on the way back which we didn't mind.
Very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen...and comfy beds. We would recommend this unit. -

Was the vacation rental in a great location? Generally. For us, it would have been better if it was closer to the actual ski area.
Was the home clean and in good shape? Yes

This condo is at the base of the road to the ski area. There are no rental homes on our ski mountain.
Our offices were closed for the Christmas weekend but available 24/7 for emergencies. -

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The location and amenities helped make our stays stress-free and entirely enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

Upon arrival at the mgmt office we were handed an envelope with keys and directions. The wrong unit number was on the envelope so I had to go back into the office to be certain that the keys were for the unit we had reserved. There was minimal welcome on the part of office personnel. At the unit the towels and wash cloths were still damp but had been put away in the linen closet. One of the towels appeared to have a fresh stain on it so we did not use it. Those were our only complaints. Overall the unit was quite comfortable for the four adults in our party.

My wife's brother was getting married in Santa Fe, so we decided to help with costs and rent a small condo instead of renting three hotel rooms. We had six adults and our three year old stay for 5 days and found the rental very clean, updated and had all the ameneties to make our stay comfortable. Check in and Check out was so easy, we just went to the property management companies office and picked up the keys and information packet. Simple,simple, simple. This was an excellent alternative to a hotel and was so close to the downtown area. We will absolutly would rent this condo or any other property that Kokopelli Property Management has to offer. Thank you!!!!!!!!
