My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend and loved the place. It was a perfect little getaway and within perfect distance from the plaza. The neighborhood was a little strange but we always felt safe walking back at night. I would defintely stay here again in the future. Super cute!

We had a terrific time in Santa Fe celebrating our wedding anniversary. Casita Patron II was perfect for the two of us and had a wonderfully spacious patio. The hot tub was a real treat with an awesome fireplace and lanterns surrounding it. The casita was super cozy and really helped us enjoy our stay. It was within walking distance to downtown (about 10 - 12 minute walk). It's in a quiet neighborhood that gets a bit dark but overall really enjoyed the location. I would highly recommend Patron II.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Patron II Casita! The location was so close to the plaza area - just a few minutes walk - in a quiet neighborhood. We rented bikes from Mellow Velo and it made it really easy to get around town without having to find parking.
Patron II has a fabulous walled-in front porch that really expanded the livable space of the casita. Our only complaint was that the kitchen has a little bit of a funky layout, but since we made simple meals, it was totally functional.

The casita was fine - location was not too bad although the casitas were very small and it appeared the intent was to get as many rental casitas as possible in a concentrated place. The walls were paper thin and unfortunately you could clearly hear everything the immediate neighbors said and did.

Small, but cozy and good for 2 people. Very clean and good location. Very nice fireplace (kiva). Enjoyed hot tub. Appreciated wood available for kiva. Only complaint is paper-thin walls with adjoining casita. When neighbors were loud, it was annoying. Overall, we enjoyed the casita. Thanks.

You could hear virtually everything through the wall between my casita and the adjoining one. I experienced an availability mixup during the booking process. Location is a good walking distance from the Plaza in a non-scenic urban neighborhood.

The casita was charming, centrally located but on a quiet street. Nice furnishings, comfy bed, and great hot tub area. Great overall experience.

Lighting very low, could have used ceiling lights rather than just lamps in bedroom and living room/kitchen area.Kitchen was not very well stocked--one kitchen towel, no dishrag, basics like salt/pepper, etc.
Location was great, shower WONDERFUL! Lovely patio.
