Located on the coastal town of Colombia, Sta. Marta. Where the Colombian elites come to vacation & unwind. Brand new 3 bedroom condo has 360 degree view of the ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the ocean in the Masters' bedroom. Pool area has the latest design and has 2 huge size pool. Barbecue area, gym, wet & dry sauna, beauty salon, sandy beachfront with huts, Reastaurant in lobby area, moutainside view. Get around to nearby towns by cab. Place is safe and secure. Only 3.5 hours plane trip from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Can request for personal maid (if desired, cost is extra per day) to manage your meals & clean up. Spend more for your dolla...Read more

Thank you for sharing your condominium with my family. It was absolutely gorgeous, and we had a great time. The location and grounds were lush and tropical, very serene. It's easy to get to the Rodadero and Santa Marta, so if action is your thing, it's easy to get to. The restaurant is good, the kitchen in the condo is fabulous, so no worries about what to eat. We had no problems, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. Both Betty and the lady she has cleaning the condo were nice and accommodating.
It was a very relaxing trip, which is just what we all needed.

I stayed at this location for 6 weeks March - april 2011. I did not stay in this exact suite, as I only needed a one bedroom. However I did communicate with owner several times. She is great, she gets right back to you, and her place is amazing. The condo complex is amazing as well. Five star service, but you have your own condo!! The restuarant is good and very reasonably priced. They will serve your meal anywhere you choose, your condo, the pool, the beach, the business center...anywhere! with a great big smile! The many pools are fantastic and always very clean. There are lots of pool chairs, so you never have to worry about finding a place to sit. There is wireless internet in the common areas (which are fantastic - lay back on the many sofas and email your friends), or go up to the business center (2 nd floor) you can use your computer on a private balcony, and get restuarant service if you like...a cold beer maybe, or you can use the two computers provided. There is a ping pong table there are well. It is large and there is no problem finding a private spot to work. This property is located right on the beach, there are lounge chairs and grass umbrella's at the beach as well as very good security. The balconies are huge for these condo's, huge, the largest I have ever seen. The security staff is fantastic, they check you in and also call a taxi when you need it, they are smiling and alert, we just loved them. The whole place is immaculate. We had booked for a month but extended for another 2 weeks, we really had trouble leaving, it was a peice of paradise for sure. Taxi's are plenitful and a ride to Santa Marta is about 15 minutes approximately $4. Us or 10 minutes to Rodedero. If you are thinking of staying in Rodedero, reconsider, most places we looked at in rodedero were very old and not well equiped, stay instead at Sierra Laguna, you will not regret it, it is paradise.

The condo worked perfect for our stay in the Santa Marta area. The beach area, grounds and pool area were beautiful. We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed each meal. The condo was very clean, had all the items needed, and was quite spacious.
