Es un apartamento muy agradable y limpio, cuenta con todos los implementos necesarios y lo mejor es que tiene la mejor vista de el Rodadero.
Sus propietarios son personas muy amables y la persona encargada de la administración también es una persona muy especial.
Es amplio y muy ventilado, y queda en el centro del Rodadero frente al mar.
