We loved this charming house in Venice. it was walking distance to the beach and all the fun places to shop. The house was spotless and very well stocked. It was plenty roomy for me and my 5 grown children. We will definately recommend it to our friends and look forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely stay at the Westminster Back House in august. The house was clean and comfortable--especially the beds. The WiFi and television worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped.
The location near abbott Kinney can't be beat. The house is close enough to the Venice Beach hotspots for easy access, but far enough away to let you sleep at night. The parking on the property was particularly useful since the streets can get crowded on weekends.
Two small nits: There was leftover food in the freezer from previous guests, who had also forgotten to leave the keys and parking gate remote control on the dining room table. But both issues were quickly resolved, so they were no big deal.
