Awesome beach front resort, with breath taking Ocean views of Santa Monica and Venice Beach from the living room, bedroom and balcony. You don't have to leave this place to enjoy your vacation. There is a large Olympic size swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped workout room, the cafeteria will deliver to your door or pool area, or you can seat at the cafeteria and enjoy the pool and ocean view, a library with nice sitting area. A few steps to tennis courts, bike lane, there are two bikes available 24/7 upon request. Stayed here with my wife in May of 2012 as we went to our son's graduation for USC Business School. The location cannot be beat. Right on the beach with views of Santa Monica and the beach, and when the weather is clear you can see the tower at lax.
the issue was the furnishings. firstly this is listed as sleeping 4. There was one bedroom and a couch in the living room(not a sleeper). Also the dining table was a card table with 4 foot stools as chairs. It seems like this might be rented mostly to business people as there are 2 desks, a fax copy machine and lots of copy paper. We enjoyed the stay here as it has all the amenities and is very convenient to restaurants etc, but the furnishings, dishes, towels etc, could use some updating. -

We travel often to California and this time we got a lot for the money. The condo and the complex provided everything we wanted, is like a luxury resort. Very smooth arrival, we got picked up from the airport on time, the condo was very clean, we loved the private "home theater" set up, the olympic size swimming pool was warm nice and clean, the cafeteria was excellent. The location could not be better right at the beach, every thing at walking distance. Thumbs up!
