We are located 1.5 miles from the beach, that is why we have 6 off-street parking spots! You'll never get that by the beach, you are lucky if you get one! We are in a quaint part of Santa Monica called "Sunset Park." It is a safe family neighborhood, a perfect distance from village shopping or access to freeways.

All prices include spa maintenance and gardener fees. Long term rentals also require utilities to be paid by the tenant. All rentals include taxes and abundant amenities you won't find in most rentals. We require a security deposit which depends on length of stay and an out-cleaning housekeeper fee which is usually $125, payable by cash or check directly to housekeeper. If we are allowing your well-behaved dog, there is non-refundable pet fee of approximately $200, payable with the rental.

This home is clean, in a good location, great parking and nice view of trees. The neighborhood is safe and with a great home atmosphere. The only slight disadvangage is a small room with a bed in the wonderful decorated family room. The 8 person hot tub is great and the yard is appealing with large trees and lots of grass. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The rental company is very accomadating with help as for the location of things that you need or any problems or questions you may have. It is a good rental property for 4-6 people.
