A great apartment in a great location. We stayed here for 2 weeks in September and had a wonderful holiday. Globe Homes were extremely professional from the time of the booking right through to check out. We were met promptly on our arrival and given the keys to the apartment and the garage. We also requested a slightly later check out time and Globe Homes were able to accomodate this. The apartment was of a high standard, clean and well equipped and had everything we needed (apart from a teapot!). The location is excellent and within walking distance of Santa Monica Pier and shops and restaurants. We hired 2 bikes during our stay and were able to bike the lovely coastal path most mornings, and also use the bikes to get around the local area. It provided great value for money and we would highly recommend. We intend to return next year. We liked the convenient garage and the bike hire facility. The mornings were a little noisy with street cleaners and bins being emptied but this did not detract from the holiday.Overall 10 out of 10 from us!

We spent a week at this rental while in the area for our son's wedding. It was a truly great experience. The location couldn't be beat. The check in was very smooth and Christine couldn't have been more helpful. We had to call at one point because the garage door wasn't operating properly and someone was out within an hour to take care of it. The unit itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely rent this place again.

This condo is in a great location, just across the street from the beach and a short walk from the Santa Monica pier. Stores and restaurants are in easy walking distance, but it is not right in the middle of the crowds. Having a private parking place was really convenient too. The condo is very comfortable, with spacious living and sleeping areas, and lots of amenities that made our stay more pleasant (wifi, tvs, nice seating and dining areas, good appliances). We are a family of four and used the sleeping bed in the living room too; all the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pots, but it would have been nice to either have a dish drainer or soap for the dishwasher to facilitate cleaning up. We did appreciate having dish towels and dish soap provided and it was great to have the washer/dryer right on site. The condo was spotlessly clean on arrival. Staff were very responsive to questions and/or additional needs.

We had a great stay at Suite 8 at Ocean avenue in Santa Monica for a week. The apartment is superbly located on Santa Monica beach and away from the crowded and noisy Venice Beach. The neighborhood is excellent and the apartment is very thoughtfully equipped with a washer and dryer as well as some other basic amenities. The staff was quick to respond to our requests and though we stayed over the Memorial Day weekend the services were well provided for. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My stay at Suite 8 Santa Monica is memorable. I stayed here from the middle of July till august 2011. From first arrival I felt like I was coming home! The location is perfect right by the beach. Venice Boardwalk is a short walk. Great neighborhood and easy access to many entertainment. I absolutely love it for its location and friendly staff. The room was fantastic with flat screen plasma and nice wood floors. The windows are big, very bright and airy. The property management company is professional. All things I got with a reasonable price.
