There will be no fighting over who gets the better bedroom since BOTH second floor bedrooms are master suites with private baths... there is no inferior bedroom! Unit is equipped with tankless water heaters for endless hot water and central air; two features that not all places have. With only the $89 damage insurance fee there will be no deposit required except in certain circumstances.

This house is divine. Its beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need, and more. The owner, Paul was so helpful, and had left us wine and chocolate! The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the courtyard garden was just beautiful and a delight to sit in. I hope to be able to come back here, Its well positioned, about 15 ins walk to Santa Monica Pier.

this town house was stunning! it was decorated beautifully and had everything you could possible for your stay. the garden area was perfect sun trap and perfect for relaxing and catching a few rays and enjoying a bbq!!! everything was available in the house to use and fully equiped. the bed were extremely comfy and bathrooms were spotless. the house location was conveniently close to places, close to beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.we would definitely stay in this house again and are already looking forward to returning to the house in the near future. i could not find any faults with this property and would recommend it to anyone travelling to santa monica.
