You can enjoy more private pleasantries with top of the line Italian Boffi kitchen with stainless steel counter...tops, dishwashing machine, built-in espresso machine, double oven with steamer and sub-zero refrigerator. The spacious living room opens up to an outdoor patio with great views of the Santa Monica city life. The unit has a luxury French oak wood floor, plasma televisions and modern furniture. The unit has a complete home automation system that allows you to control everything from the music to the drapes with one remote.

The mezzanine floor features a built-in library complete with soft illuminating lights and a comfortable sofa bed so you can curl up to a good book while overlooking the calming ocean waters.
