Conveniently located in Ocean Park neighborhood, the place were skateboarding was born! Comfortably furnished, with over 900 square feet of bright and light living space. The apartment has wood floors throughout the living and dining room area with carpeting in the bedroom. Enjoy watching a DVD, an HBO movie or your favorite TV series on a 47" TV from a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room or check your emails or surf the web from anywhere in our apartment with our high speed wireless internet access.

The bedroom has a high quality pillow top mattress, to help give you a great night sleep. A large closet and armoire provide you w...ith ample storage space. An adjacent beautifully tiled bathroom is equipped with a combined tub/shower.

Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen while preparing a meal. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances including oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and comes fully equipped with everything you need.

A stackable washer and dryer is located inside the unit. The apartment comes with its own private parking space.

A minimum stay period and other conditions may apply.
