This is the third time we have stayed in #429 and as in the past, it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The home is clean, roomy and very comfortable..It was well appointed with great linens, soaps, etc...It is a short walk to the beach and we were very pleased that the chair and umbrella service was efficient and always set up. The entire complex is and has always been very well kept and maintained...no dust anywhere!! My only "complaint" is just a wish that more retail spaces, especially a restaurant or deli, were open...hopefully, we will be back many times in the future...

429 was clean, inviting and sufficient. I want to praise the office as we were the grandparents of a big family and they all wanted to be to be near one another. Your office changed us from bldg 1 so we would all be in one area. our grandaughter was married at Sea side, so it was a very festive occasion. Thank You So Much

We were looking for a place between Destin and Panama City, as our younger daughter and husband were flying in from NY. We also needed separate bthrms for each young married couple and a stay less than the 7 nights most condo units require. All our needs were met in unit #429 at Redfish Village. The decor was confortable and stylish, the kitchen amenities impressive even to my chef son-in-law from NY. The pool was beautiful, the beach close, the complex quiet. It could not have been more pefect for our family situation. We would rent this unit again and are already planning for next year.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Redfish Village #429. The unit was outstanding with a great view and nicely decorated. The condos were very quiet, which made for a peaceful vacation. We would highly recommend it. The beach area was clean and just great, it was not crowded.
The 360 Blue Property Manangement provided outstanding services.

The condo was beautiful. The balcony area was perfect - views of the pool, the lake / reserve area and (a little of) the gulf. Everything was top of the line. We'll be back again.
If you have not been to the area, Blue Mountain Beach has wonderful beaches, without the crowds of Destin or Panama City. -

This is a very nicely decorated, roomy condo with lots of amenities located near the prettiest beaches in north Florida (beach access comes with the condo). The development was well maintained and this particular unit was nicely equipped and had all the features of a very pleasant home. My only criticism is that its location so close to Hwy. 30-A allows more road noise into the unit (particularly when you're sitting on the vary roomy deck) than I had originally expected. Other than that, it is a perfect condo for a lovely vacation, at a very reasonable price.

Redfish Village in Santa Rosa Florida is So Great. Highly recommend staying here. Super New Condo Facility with all the bells and Whistles. Wonderful Pool, Super Clean and New Spacious Open Condo with High End fixtures--Hardwoods, Granite Counters. So nicely furnished (Crate and Barrel or Ethan Allen I think). Plenty of Bed Linens, Towels, Fluffy Pillows. Top of the Line. High End Thread Count sheets and Duvets. Fluffy Towels. Even had William Sonoma Soaps/Lotions out at all sinks and stocked it with little shampoos and soaps like a luxury hotel. The library,exercise room, media room on the 2nd floor in the complex was a neat feature too if you want to get out of the room and hang out on a rainy day. Of course we spent most of the time at the Beach or Pool, but had the option to grill out by the pool. They had tons of Tables, Chairs, benches around the community for hanging out. And we really were only 1 block to the beach. We walked sometimes, and when hauling gear, used the complimentary shuttle to front door service and used the Chairs and Umbrellas they set up for us right on the beach. Better than a 5 star hotel. Will stay here again. Plus we were about 4 miles from Seaside--so close enough for restaurants, but still private enough for quiet beach time. Only residential around this beach.

We stayed in Unit 429 the week prior to Memorial Day. The development is immaculate, terrific pool area. This unit is very luxurious, flat screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, nice linens and beds. Beaches are beautiful and beach shuttle service very prompt and friendly. We had a great week of rest and fun!
