We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this condo to a friend. Beach is within walking distance and the beach was very nice. The weather was a little cold but you cant perdict the weather all and all everything was wonderful. We would probably like one more bedroom sleeper sofa was a little hard by day 5 LOL but all in all it was great vacation.

My friend and I stayed at abacos #302 over Spring Break. It was just beautiful and the beach was just perfect. Florida's weather in april is unpredictable. The condo was very nice and beautifully decorated. The only thing we had a problem with was the address--Make sure you look closely at the address and go to West 30a.

We just got home for a week at abacos #302!! My husband and I were pleasantly suprised, condo looks just like the photos. Very clean, some minor carpet stains on steps. Masterbedroom had semi-comfortable king bed, but since this bedroom was on the 30-A side, there was some road nose at night/morning but nothing too bad (even with slider closed). Mb bathroom was very nice but the towels throughout condo were not very nice, think cheap hotel. 2 12 yr old girls stayed in the 2nd bedroom, very nice and nice bath, but shades in bedroom had to be closed making it very dark because the windows were on the exterior wall/walkway so passerbys could see into the room if shades open. Only enterance is really the 3rd floor because the 2nd floor door didn't have a key pad or key. Also the enterance is outside, not a secure interior which we expected. Appliances were very nice and clean. Nice TVs (3). Furniture was very high end and very comfortable. Close beach access across the street, beach has lifeguard which was nice. Rode bikes to Seaside which was 6.5 miles (not 5 as stated). We had no problems with say, everything was very smooth. We would stay here again.
