Enjoy this charming, Florida style beach cottage, which is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable and traditional beach feel. Beach Ray-Treat is a four bedroom, three bath, beach house with lots of space and amenities for you to enjoy. This home was toward the back of the community, which made it quiet and there was less traffic. The windows on the back of the house opened to the woods, which was nice. The living room and kitchen were open with a huge kitchen table which allowed the family to gather and visit. The only small complaint that we had was the shower heads - they did not allow for adjusting the water pressure down and were a little uncomfortable.

350 Santa Rosa was a very comfortable house to stay in. It met our needs in everyway. close to beach access which was wonderful. The beach was sooo pretty and clean. We would stay there again anytime.

I just got back to atlanta from a week of vacationing at this home and wish I didn't have to come back so soon. The house was better than my expectations and you couldn't beat the location. There was plenty of room and the kids ranging from ages 7 months to 7 years old never got bored. We loved the beach but spent a lot of time at the pool which is a 2 minute walk. The house is located in the back of a neighborhood so there was little to no traffic. There was even an ice cream truck that came by a couple of days. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen was completely stocked with utensils and appliances. One of the restaurants we tried was Old Bay Steamers and it was absolutely amazing. Also, there is a small store about 3 miles from the house called Sally's Backside by the Sea that had the most amazing coleslaw and the nicest staff. Overall, this was an amazing experience and we will definitely visit this house again in the future.

Our group consisted of adults, one teenager and two pre-teens. We also rented bikes from Big Daddy's (I would recommend them to anyone with kids) and were able to ride to beach and surrounding areas. Everyone enjoyed the house, decor, and amenities. What a great neighborhood!! Everyone was so friendly. Even had a group of young fathers pulling their toddlers in wagons in front of the house...which we called the kiddie parade!! Lots of laughter! I would recommend, and have recommended Beach Ray-Treat to family and friends.

Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It was completely perfect for our family and very well maintained. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. We would definitely come back.
