A perfect Family get away!bike rides with the gran-children to the neighborhood ice cream shop. They also rode down the street to the beach.The location was excellent.
The pool was enjoyed each day. Family dinners at the house were comfortable, and rivard keeps this and all their rentals clean! Most definitely a bright idea

We were pleased with our rental of Bright Idea and with Rivard's management. The unit was clean and comfortable, the check-in was fast and convenient, and the experience was pleasant. Our only complaint was that the batteries failed on the new card lock, and we were locked out of the unit on a very hot afternoon for 45 minutes. It took far too long for the office to get someone over to let us in. We have rented units from Rivard for several years and have rented Bright Idea for later this summer. Clearly, we have been satisfied with our experience with Rivard.

This is like our home away from home. We have stayed at "Bright Idea" for nine of the past ten years. We have watched our grandchildren grow up with each year that we stayed and really can't imagine staying anywhere else for our annual beach trip/family retreat. Every year our grandkids question is the same, "If Bright Idea is ever for sale, will you buy it"? Thanks to Rivard of South Walton for helping us create so many memories.
