Four bedroom, 4-1/2 bath, sleeps 13 - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen w/twin trundle, 2 T/F bunks. This beautiful beach cottage is the ideal spot for a family getaway. The third floor tower room and decks offer spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf, Grayton Lake, and Old Grayton Beach. One bedroom with its own bath is located on the first floor along with the great room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with views of the Gulf and Grayton Lake. The Cottage Street community pool is just across the street and the beach boardwalk is only 150 feet away.
