Our large group rented several surrounding beach houses together and this house served as our gathering space. Large open kitchen/dining/living area was great for large group meals and fellowship especially with large deck for overflow. Have rented this house several times with a good experience each time.

We had a lovely time, several gliches with maintenance issues-no running water in bath for the two days, washing machine was leaking. Not issues a renter should have to deal with.

This is a wonderful beach house for a family with kids: Easy access to the lovely, uncrowded beach, great sunsets every night from the upper deck, comfortable casual decor, great neighborhood for bike riding with bike paths everywhere.
We plan to keep coming back every year.
Our only suggestion is that we wish the owner would put in a pool.
