Four bedroom 3 1/2 bath, sleeps 12 - 3 queens, 1 twin/full (bunk), and (2 rollaways), queen sofa sleeper.Special thought went into the design and decor of this beach house - from the special use of colors and inviting art work to the unique "split-level" master bath with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. 2nd floor living area with fireplace/dining area leads out to the screened-in porch and angled decks that provide a view of the Gulf.The kitchen is "gourmet" and is nicely equipped for the chef in the family. Our beach vacation stay at Meritage was one of the best ever! The neighborhood is nicely maintained and an ideal location if you want to be on the beach side of 30a. It's also convenient walking to the shops of Santa Rosa and some restaurants. The only downside location-wise was that the house is right next to 30a and the nighttime traffic was noisier than expected. But the walk to the beach was near and made going back and forth easy. Overall the house is well maintained and lovely. There was nothing we needed that was not provided!

Thank you so much! Our family stayed at Meritage in June, and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The house was in perfect condition, the pool was a great amenity, and the beach was only a short walk away.
We had some problems with power to the stove/oven on the first night, but Rivard sent someone out to fix it first thing the next morning, and it wasn't an issue for the rest of the trip.
Thanks again - this was a fantastic getaway!
