We loved it. It was the perfect spot. You are actually a block from the town of Seaside and Watercolor shops. The house was great. We had 7 adults and infant baby. The beds were comfortable ( which was very important to us) we felt at home the moment we arrived. The staff at 30A Exclusive were great . We will definitely use 30A for future trips.

Everything great except the heating & air unit sounding like a child being murdered in the middle of the night & would not warm the house. Once they filled the freon up is was good. Nancy said master shower had mold, but she was a hotel mgr. for several years & notices things most people do not so do not be concerned.

Great house, fabulous location, could walk to beach/seaside shopts and dining. Property managment company was also very good, issues (very minor) were addressed immediately with minimal effort required on my part. Would definitely recommend/stay there again!

Suggest later in September when the crowds are minimal and the heat index is down. Lovely house. Porches usable when it's cooler in Sept. Bikes should come with the house, as touring the area is key.

The house is perfect for a group or large family. All the bedrooms are downstairs with living area on second floor. There are also three large amazing porches. There is a huge dining room table (seats 10-12), a breakfast table, and another table on adjacent porch - can definitely feed a crowd. Large gourmet kitchen with everything you need. Parking spaces for three cars in the back. The whole house is beautifully decorated. Just a few steps from the middle of Seaside shopping/restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again!
