"SunCats" Beach House is a Brand-New beach house (just completed June 2012) located in the upscale neighborhood of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach. SunCats is a custom built home located just behind Redfish Village on scenic highway 30A and just a short 2 block walk to the beach access at Blue Mountain Beach which includes parking for bikes and cars. From the house you can easily walk, bike or drive to the beach. The Blue Mountain Beach access also has restroom facilities for your convenience while at the beach. SunCats is also close to Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach (the Red Bar!).

Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale beach community located just behind Redfish Village on scenic 30A and just a short walk to the beach (you'll be impressed at just how short the walk really is). The beach access at Blue Mountain Beach has parking for bikes and cars. You can take your pick of walking, biking or driving to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance and even more just a very short drive (or bike) away including the world famous "Red Bar"

The owners of this home thought out every detail to make our stay the most relaxing and comfortable stay we have ever had in a beach house. Th home is close to the beach and such a short but plesant walk and easy to manage all the beach "stuff". We loved the floor plan of the home and the furnishings were just beautiful and were times we just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere of the home over goung to the beach. Close to resturants and shopping but also a sense of privacy and quite at the home. Loved everything about the home and wouldn't change a thing...

Suncats beach house is a gorgeous, comfortable home with lots of upgrades and an open floor plan. This is a top-notch home. Very family friendly! Owners are a pleasure to work with. Short, easy walk to the beach and around the corner from the pool. The two beach bikes provided were a great bonus! Beautiful area and beaches. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Suncats. We would definitely stay here again!

Suncats beach house is a great family friendly rental in Santa Rosa Beach. Right behind Red fish Village a block and a half off of the beach. Beach access is super convenient and the house is right next to the community pool. Beautiful house with a grill and bikes for your use. House is super clean and brand new. Three full bedrooms and a kids bunk room with super expensive finishes for a luxury experience
