"Sea Glass" is a newly built beach home in “The Preserve”. "The Preserve” is an exclusive gated community with 2 pools, tennis courts, workout facility, with private access to Grayton Beach. Grayton Beach is one of 18 beaches certified "Blue Wave" by the Clean Beach Council. It consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the U.S. and was hailed as the "Best Beach in the U.S." in 1994 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman. Grayton Beach is the crown jewel of SoWal.

... “Sea Glass” has three floors, is furnished with hard wood floors throughout and is tastefully decorated. The first floor with its’ open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped spacious kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and custom cabinets. It opens into the dining and living room. The dining table seats 8 and is adjacent to a granite bar overlooking the kitchen with 6 bar stools. There are also two bed rooms on the ground floor; one with a queen and another with two twin beds. There is one full and one half bath on the first floor

The living area has a 40" HDTV, with surround sound. The house is equipped with a built in sound system. WiFi is provided throughout the home. Each bedroom has its own television.

On the second floor you will find two Master Suites, each with its own porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or simply get away. The suites each have a king bed, large master bath with stand alone shower and garden tub. They are separated by the laundry room and a small seating area which is perfect for reading.

On the third floor you will find a futon that sleeps 2, a game room with a wet bar and access to the large outside sun deck. With a view of the gulf, the deck is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, watching the sunset, and entertaining friends.

Our home in “The Preserve” provides easy access to a secluded beach via a private tree lined boardwalk located just across Scenic County Road 30A. “The Preserve” backs up to the state land, Point Washington, providing a secluded setting assuring your privacy.

You will want to take advantage of over 20 miles of walking and bike paths all along 30-A. Bike and kayak rentals are available just a short walk up 30A at Blue Mountain Beach. Be sure to explore Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, with all their great restaurants and shopping areas. You can mingle with the locals or maybe spot a celebrity at the “Red Bar”. Be sure and try the Sunday Brunch at “Fire” and you will want to try to guess what time the sun will set at “Bud and Alley’s”. The area has so much to offer.

Just 8 miles from this house is the new shopping center at Grand Boulevard. Dine at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Mitchell's Fish Market or Tommy Bahama's Tropical Café. The famous Sand Destin Outlet mall is just 10 miles away! They have the best prices ever on everything! There is also another fantastic shopping area called the Destin Commons located in Destin which is just 18 miles away, At the Commons, you will find wonderful stores, a Rave theatre, great food.
