After coming to Watercolor for 13 years, was a first time for us to have to PAY for our beach passes in addition to the rental. Chairs missing and furniture broken, had to hand wash dishes on our vacation because the dishes were to large to fit into dishwasher..beach service was unreasonable...wouldn't allow umbrellas to be used due to the usual beach breeze and would not refund money. Highly recommend North Shore Beach Services instead of service used by Watercolor...they are located at end of Watercolor boardwalk. Exceptional service and better prices...will get you lunch, carry your things down to beach, ice or whatever you want!! Have a great kids lesson program for surfing, yolo kayak or whatever.
