Welcome to “Beach Breeze”!

This beautiful newly renovated in spring 2020 beach home is located in the popular community of Summers's Edge in Seagrove Beach. It has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from several of it's FIVE decks and is sure to be the perfect location for your family's next vacation getaway!

The beach access is only 50 yards away, along with two community pools (one of which is seasonally heated) that are also only a short stroll from the home!

On the first floor of the home, you will enter the first of two living areas. This set-up makes it perfect for older kids to have their own space, or even two different families to have room to spread out and relax! There are three bedrooms on this level, the first featuring two sets of twin sized bunk beds, and the second with a queen-sized bed! There is a shared bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached bathroom with shower.

Out back, is the perfect outdoor space to spend the evenings, the screened in porch!

As you make your way to the second level of the home, you will enter the spacious open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Gather around on the large sectional in the living room for family movie nights on the flat screen or spend time on the second level balcony making your beach plans for the day! The beautifully appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a table that can seat up to 4 guests. There is also a large dining area equipped with a table that can seat an additional 8 guests! The 4th bedroom with a King-sized bed in on this level also.

The third-floor tower room is sure to be everyone’s favorite spot to hangout! Equipped with a cozy sofa that turns into a queen sleeper, flat screen T.V. and a wet bar, the inside space is just the beginning! Enjoy wonderful gulf views from the balcony, and really take in the beach breezes!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen (Formerly Live Well 30A)! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
