Washington DCAbsolutely beautiful property
Left on 11/29/2012 for a stay in September 2012
This property exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, lots of space and beautifully decorated. Across from the pool and a less than 1 min walk to the beach which is so clean. We spent a week there and didn't want to leave.

Hiawassee, GAProperty misrepresented but comfortable and convenient,
Left on 01/02/2012 for a stay in December 2011
"Great gulf views" -- not. The view of the gulf is almost completely obstructed by a building that was apparently constructed since the description was written and the posted photos were taken. From the balconies and gulf side windows you see a wall which is only ten or so feet away, and an older gulf side building in disrepair. There is a slight view of the gulf through a narrow alley with a utility pole/lines and transformer.
- "heated pool" - not. A nice pool is located right behind the house and serves the small community, but it certainly was not heated as stated in the property amenities description.
Once we settled in and calmed down about our blown expectations, we began to enjoy the house and the location. The beach is a short walk away and if you need to go back to house to get something, it's no big deal. The beach itself was beautiful and during the first part of our stay, practically empty. We had a long walk on the beach each morning (with our two little dogs).
The house is clean and comfortable and has all the furnishings and kitchen things and linens you need. The wireless internet worked fine as did the cable tv and all appliances.
The location is very convenient as it is on a small street, well enough off the main drag (30a) and still a very short drive to Seaside (check out the rep theatre), Rosemary Bch, Grayton Bch, and a Publix at the eastern end of Watercolors. There are several State Parks and small lakes nearby. If you need more comotion, the outlet mall and Destin and not that far to the west and Panama City is not far to the east (check out Hunt's Oyster Bar).
We would have no reservations about recommending this property so long as you are not expecting to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the gulf or the sunset. Remember that this is a three story house with lots of stairs to navigate. If that is a consideration, don't rent here.

My Pal
Nashville, TennesseeNot very happy
Left on 05/15/2009 for a stay in May 2009
I rented this home because 8 of us go to Florida every year and the
house we usually stay in was sold. I was told that this house has an
gulf view and it mostly certainly did not. We faced another house
in front and had no view of the gulf. We were very disappointed. We
love Seagrove, but would not stay here again. I will share the only
thing that we thought was good. The fact that the house was clean.
Needless to say, we will not rent from you again. The rental agent was
very nice but lead us down the wrong path.
Thank You for asking an opionion.

This home is a great property but is NOT gulf front and is not priced as Gulf front. The home does have multiple Gulf Views and is located very close to the pool and beach access. Take a look at the great photos and decide for yourself.

A brand new home that allows pets. You walk out the door, cross the back yard and schazam, you're at the beach. No walk overs!
Eastern Lake is 5 houses to the east so there are not many people out this way. Nicely decorated, comfy big beds and nice size bath
rooms. We'll rent again.

Blue Heaven is a wonderful beach house!
Four bedrooms!!! A pool across the street. Very close to the beach!!!!
This was the perfect time of the year . . . warm, clear water; cool breezes, stunning sunsets and small crowds! -

Left on 10/21/2008 for a stay in October 2008
Our stay at Blue Heaven was great. The beaches are beautiful
and the water is the clearest I have seen in the US. The house
was very nice and it made staying inside on the rainy days much
more enjoyable. There were a few minor things wrong like a
missing set of blinds in the room where my daughter stayed, a
bedroom door that did not shut well, and a "starter" role of
toilet paper with enough for one night only (bring your own
toilet paper ahead of time!), but overall these were minor things.
The house is very close to great restaurants as well. The overall
visit was relaxing and wonderful. -

This house is very nicely decorated and is perfect for 2 families to
share. We had the top floor with a balcony and it was great for us
and our 2 kids, and our friends were on the entire first floor, perfect
for them and their 2 children. We were right across from one of the
pools and a 20 yard walk to the beach access. Great location in the
neighborhood. Not a lot of decks and outdoor space but nice
comfortable place to spread out. We have wonderful memories.. -

Downers Grove, IllinoisPerfect Vacation Spot
Left on 10/01/2008 for a stay in March 2008
We've been vacationing in Seagrove for the past three years and
feel so fortunate that we found the Summer's Edge
neighborhood. It's the perfect location for our family. We love
having the beach right outside our door and the option of
swimming in a heated pool comes in handy during spring
break. My kids have already made lasting memories including
the dolphins that we've spotted, building sandcastles, riding
beach bicycles, and chasing the ice cream truck around the cul-
de-sac. We also like being locating in between Seaside and the
new communities to the east. Summer's Edge is the place to be!
And the house we stayed in was just beautiful!
