Casa Chianti was more than we could have hoped for in a vacation condo. It was decorated beautifully and was extremely spacious. The pool was quite and right under the balcony, while the ocean was only a 3 minute walk. You could see the ocean from the balcony and was close to local conveinences such as Publix, Cafe 30 A, and the center of Seaside. We will definitely stay at Casa Chianti on our next trip to to Florida.
The only thing I could recommend to future visitors is bring paper towels and dishwasher detergent. We did a lot of cooking so the amount they provided was gone in a short amount of time. -

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. Very spacious. It was like being at home, away from home, very comfortable!

Our family of four stayed in Casa Chianti for a long weekend
around our children's Spring Break. There was plenty of space -
we actually had an extra Queen bedroom.
The layout and furnishings were great. The kitchen seemed to be
well-stocked, although we primarily ate out. The balcony was
nice with views of the gulf. The building is actually across 30A
from the beach, but it is in a great location and is a short walk to
the beach. It was a little too cool to enjoy the pool, but the pool
seemed very nice and a good size for the building.
Location is great. It is an easy walk next door for a quick casual
dinner (we had shrimp baskets) and a close drive to many of
30As best restaurants.
We take our bikes to the beach, and you also can just cross the
street to get on the bike/walking path that runs along 30A.
A great getaway spot for 1-2 families!
