The house was beautiful and had many amenities. The pool was great and my kids enjoyed it. I would recommend this house to a large family. It's very accommodating.

My family and I visited this area over Memorial Day. We had such a nice time. Because the subdivision is new and this is the only house, we were very secluded. We have two small children which was very nice for my family. The house is WONDERFUL! Who ever decorated this house did a fantastic job. The beach is a short walk away. But if you have small children the golf cart is handy. Just beware...there is a elderly lady that monitors the beach parking. If the golf cart prohibits other cars from parking, she will present a citizens fine card to you. So just make sure to park the cart in the grass! We were very please with our visit and will def. return in the near future.

It was a nice house, but we had to continually call the management people to have things done. The swimming pool was not open, this was big issue since we have small children who wanted to play in the pool. When you go on vacation the last thing you want to do is call the management company everyday!

Great Home!! Loved the location! Close to beach, within walking distance! Also, right next to Red Fish Village which had great food and an excellent coffee shop! We will be returning next year! Loved it!!

Only home in the subdivisiion, which made it nice for us. We had the whole area to ourselves. Beautiful surroundings, nice walk to the beach.
House is very nice inside and out! -

The house was beautiful, the location was quiet and peaceful, the furnishings of the house were great. We know that when we get to go back to the beach, we will definitely try to stay at Copa Cabana again.

The house is great in regards to accomodations and is just a short walk to the beach. I would stay there again, but would make sure that the following items were addressed and taken care of before I did so...
1. There was a daily concern in regards to who was responsible for cleaning the pool. As a reuslt, there were days that the pool was not cleaned and thus unusable by the guest. When you have 5 children ready to go swimming, this is a BIG problem! I ended up haveing to reluctantly call the home owners directly because the rental company did not seem to be pro-active in addressing our concern and taking care of their customer.
2. The garage door that houses the golf-cart was constantly stuck. We had to again call the rental company on several occasions to open the garage door so we could have access to the golf cart.
3. The cable / dish was very cumbersome to operate and on sevral occasions did not seem to work at all. So if you are a big TV fan, you may want to be assured this is no longer a problem before renting.
Like I said, I loved the house and the loaction. The owners's are very pleasant and accomodating. I would rent the house again as long as the items noted above were satisfied and it would not take much effort or time to be assured that they are.
