Check in was delayed by over 2 hours because home not ready when we arrived at check-in time. The house does not appear to have been maintained very well, including weeds overgrown, warped flooring, some broken decorations, broken or rusted out patio furnitire and the whirpool tub not working.

Check in is at 4:00 and we do allow for early check in if the property is ready. The best way to avoid waiting is to call ahead and schedule your early arrival. We are working on getting some new patio furniture and the owner is very good about keeping this propery in tip top shape and ready for the next guest. -

This was our first time renting a house on the beach. We loved it and will never go to a hotel or condo again! The house was adorable, comfortable and clean.
The online pictures truly reflected the house and there were no "surprises" or let downs. We were close to the beach and the pool and it was a great family atmosphere. The house was well furnished without being overdone. The rental company staff were all pleasant and helpful and eager to accomodate any request that we had during our stay.
Our only complaint would be that the kids were on the first level and there was no lacth or double bolt on the outside doors. We have a four year old that is curious and we were afraid he may go outside in the night. We were on the third floor so there was a little anxiety, but all worked out!
Great vacation and we will go back!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in a great location. It needs a little assistance in the kitchen area such as; pots,pans and cookie sheets. It was a little light on the utensils. But all in all it was a great house to rent.
