Had a couple of maintenance issues,, called the number on Sunday, was told it was not an emergency and to call back on monday. I did. Called again on tuesday. Left messages both days, no one ever returned call. We just dealt with the issues ourselves. Condo was nice otherwise. Air conditioning worked well upstairs, but not so well in the lower bedroom area.

The townhome was in good condition.
Some minor this that needed to be corrected. The refrigerator shelf was missing and the stove covers were missing. That means that the isles could not be connected to the stove top. However, the maintenance staff replaced the covers during the week.
The location of the townhome was good. Shops and banks are w/n walking distance. The grounds were well kept. Although no pets were not accepted, my renting neighbors had them and they happily made noise in the early morning hours.
The overall status of the property was good. -

Had issues with ants in living room. Not much beach toys or chairs. No beach towels. Had to call for more towels. Patio not cleaned. Refrigerator missing shelf.

Salty Dawg is a wonderful townhouse on three levels. It is in a complex right on the beach; although it is not on the beachfront, you can see the ocean from the top two floors. It is a great place for families as was evidenced by the children playing in and near the complex. I highly recommend it.

The Salty Dawg was a great vacation home. It was only steps to the beach and pool. It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is great for a couple or a family.
