Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Half bath. Kitchen has large bar with all modern appliances.3rd floor: Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, bath. The unit is in a quiet complex with not much activity for the winter months. The unit itself is tastefully decorated in the living and bedroom areas. It was refreshing to find the rental agency has gone green with supplies and encourages visitors to do the same. It was helpful having a store (For the Health of It) just a short walk away that sells organic products -- produce, grocery items and household supplies.
The kitchen is well organized, but could use some additional supplies. For instance, we couldn't find any dry measuring cups. The cookware is high-end, but the cutlery could use some updates or at least a way to sharpen them. It may be time to replace some of the cooking utensils that are partially melted or burned. At least two cutting boards would be nice - one for cutting raw meats and the other for vegetables, fruits, etc. The bakeware could use some updates as well.
The bedrooms are nice and roomy. It would be nice to have a little larger TV in the master bedroom though; perhaps a combo unit that plays videos and DVDs. Viewing the TV from the bed was a bit difficult due to the distance. The towels through the rental agency were a nice, thick quality. We needed to do some laundry during the stay. So, it was definitely a plus to have a washer/dryer in the unit once we finally found it.
Overall, I would recommend this property to visitors in this area.

This is a beautifully appointed home. The furniture, including the beds, is solid and comfortable. The kitchen is very well supplied. The layout allows for private space as well as group gatherings. It is great to be able to walk to the beach without having to cross any roads! We couldn't find a guest book and would like to thank the owners for sharing their place.

The house was very nice and had all the things we needed. It was a little trying on the legs climbing the steps up from the beach ,but we were close enough that it wasn't too bad. The tv in the livingroom could use an update and the one in the bedroom was way too small to see from the bed. Other than that we felt very at Home at The Sea Bluff condo

We had a fantastic time! We rented 2 units. The condo was very affordable, clean & supplied everything we needed. The pool was simple and enjoyable. We liked the fact that it was away from the business of the main strip. There was plenty to do. Bike rentals next door, life guard flag stand down the beach. If there was any downside at all it was that there are a lot of stairs, in the condo & going up and down to the beach. But - it's great exercise. And you've got a good view! Highly recommend it!

The property had more room than I imagined. The kitchen was very spacious. Everyone could relax in the den area with plenty of room to spare. And the bedrooms had very comfortable beds.
